Following the success of a top-ranked podcast, Ascension’s team hosted the Bible in a Year Retreat, a virtual event attended by 4,500 participants. Multiple branding options were presented to align with both Ascension’s parent brand and the Bible in a Year podcast while ensuring the final design was uniquely tailored to the retreat.
The final deliverables included ADA-compliant, responsive platform graphics to ensure accessibility for all users across devices. With over 100 graphics needed for the virtual platform, as well as promotional emails, advertisements, and social media posts, templates were developed to streamline output via API. The platform was customized with company brand colors in its navigation and UI elements.
This project highlighted technical design expertise and the ability to balance creative vision with functionality, delivering solutions that exceeded expectations through effective stakeholder collaboration.
Event branding was further extended with merchandise—including shirts, tote bags, and mugs—designed to reinforce the retreat’s identity.
